Completely remodeled in 2025

The Benjamin House was rebuilt for gathering — a chef's kitchen that seats fourteen, a deck that stretches sixty-three feet into the trees, and room for everyone.

Complete remodel and interior design by Debbie Ball, Sewanee '78 — worldwide influence with Sewanee touches throughout.

Five Private Bedrooms

Five bedrooms with premium bedding, ample closet space, and natural light. Four full bathrooms plus a half bath — everyone has their own space.

Chef's Kitchen

Premium appliances, generous counter space, and a dining area for fourteen. A dedicated coffee station for slow mornings on the mountain.

63-Foot Deck

The best part of the house. Sixty-three feet of deck stretching into the tree canopy — morning coffee, evening drinks, or just sitting together under the stars.

Smart Home Technology

Keyless entry with time-limited guest codes, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs in every gathering space, and central HVAC for year-round comfort.

Forest Setting

Nestled in the hardwood forest of the Cumberland Plateau at 2,000 feet. Private walking trails begin at your doorstep. Mountain views in every direction.

Gathering Spaces

Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas — a fireside living room, outdoor seating areas, board games, and room for everyone to be together or apart.
